Vitrium Systems recently published a case study about OMNIpub, a software company providing digital document assembly software for custom printing or e-publishing. The case study features OMNIpub’s use of Vitrium’s PDF digital rights management (DRM) solution, and how it integrated protectedpdf with its dynamic publishing applications for customers that need to create professional documents quickly.
The majority of OMNIpub’s clients are educational institutions and educational publishing companies assembling and publishing documents such as course packages and custom textbooks. In order to use OMNIpub’s software, clients with copy written material must be ensured that their content is being properly secured from authorized distribution and content sharing.
Since implementing protectedpdf Enterprise Edition in December 2009, OMNIpub has exponentially increased their revenue in the last year. “We have experienced tremendous growth in revenue since implementing protectedpdf, and we are projecting another 25% increase in revenue for next year,” shares Mr. Fallon. “To achieve a 25% growth rate as a result of protectedpdf is phenomenal, and we are very pleased with the results.”
