Susan Daly
President & CEO
Susan has had a passion for technology and software since she was 10 years old! A business graduate from Simon Fraser University in Canada, Susan worked at various software companies before landing at Vitrium and being promoted to CEO in 2011. As a busy mom of two kids, Susan leads Vitrium with a family-first approach. You can also find her on the weekends exploring the local mountains of her hometown in beautiful BC, Canada!

Chris Grant
Director of Technology
Chris has an extensive background in enterprise application development and project management. He has helped implement software programs for government, large corporations, and small businesses. With a customer-centric mindset, Chris enjoys working with Vitrium’s customers to help solve their DRM and integration needs. Chris loves spending time with his beautiful wife and 3 children, and he's always making the Vitrium staff laugh with his candid statements and witty humour!
Matt Zamec
Development Manager
A Yale University alum, Matt got his start in software engineering in 2000. He oversees Vitrium’s agile development processes, but also builds and maintains code and assists customers with their integration projects. Matt is the consummate Canadian, living in rural BC, playing hockey and coaching his 3 daughters.
Angela Guo
Product Manager
Angela has been working in tech since graduating from the Ivey Business School. She has taken products from zero to one for startups, as well as improved outdated systems for enterprises. As Vitrium's product manager, Angela is devoted to delighting customers with new features and first-class user experience. In the wintertime, she loves skiing down the slopes of BC, Canada!
Orlando Zevallos
Director of Sales, Americas
Orlando, our Senior Sales Executive, boasts over ten years of experience in Sales and Management within the tech industry. With a Bachelor of Business Administration and a specialization in International Business Management, Orlando brings valuable knowledge to the table. When he’s not working, you’ll likely find him painting, strumming his guitar, or immersing himself in a good book.
Adam Shailer
Director of Sales, UK/EMEA/Asia
After graduating from Bournemouth College, Adam got his start in sales with a major UK telecom firm and found his career passion. He joined Vitrium in 2018 and has since enjoyed helping customers find the right DRM solution to meet their needs. Adam is a huge football fan (go Man City!) and has a passion for music.
Kayleigh Jones
SDR, UK/EMEA/ASIA
Kayleigh joined our team as a Sales Development Representative in 2023. With a Bachelor's Degree from Cardiff University and an NVQ Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management, she brings her knowledge and skills to help customers find the right DRM solution! On her time off, Kayleigh enjoys curling up with a good book, days at the beach with her daughter, and mountain walks with her dog.

Senior C# Developer
Harris is a developer with experience delivering a wide variety of quality software. When not coding for work or personal projects, Harris is usually tinkering with something (such as modding game consoles or espresso machines) skiing, or playing a board game with friends.

Brennan Harcus
Front-End Developer
After graduating from Simon Fraser University’s SIAT program in 2015, and working in the software industry since 2016, Brennan has served across a variety of roles and disciplines that has culminated in his role as a Front-End Developer at Vitrium. He likes building user interfaces, resurrecting old historical recipes and curating his boardgame collection.
Jan Hrubý
Sr. Software Engineer
With a Master’s Degree in Information Systems & Technology from the University of Economics, Prague, Jan has over 13 years of experience in software engineering. He loves the challenges and pushes himself to learn more and do better every time. When not digging into code, you can find Jan out on his road bike or mountain bike or taking care of his little girl.
Radek Hlaváček
Software Engineer
Radek graduated in 2017 with his Bachelor’s Degree in Faculty of Information Technology (FIT) from Czech Technical University (CTU) in Prague and has been working as a Software Engineer for Vitrium’s partner Vitrix Software since that time. Radek has a passion for cars, racing, and creating stuff from scratch, even building a bed from old timbers!
Toby Edmonds
Technical Support & QA Manager
Having spent the last 20 years in the software industry and graduating with an MSc in Software Engineering from Bournemouth University, Toby is well versed in all aspects of technical support, quality assurance, testing, and customer onboarding.

Conor Jenkins
Quality Assurance Specialist
Conor's role is concentrated in ensuring the quality of our product offerings. He graduated from MTU, Ireland in 2017 with a Bachelor of Science in Information Technology Management. Since then, he has been on the road traveling the world and has recently become a Canadian citizen! He also loves all kinds of sport, reading and running.
Steven Chui
Customer Success Manager
Steven has been with Vitrium since 2010, starting as a co-op student and now as the company’s Customer Success Manager. He works with Vitrium’s customers to help them integrate the solution with 3rd party systems. Steven graduated from the University of British Columbia. He enjoys the natural beauty that the Pacific Northwest has to offer.

Daniel Lee
Solutions Engineer
Daniel joined Vitrium in 2023 as a Solutions Engineer. His role is to help customers integrate Vitrium Software with their business system. He spent the last six years developing enterprise web applications in the Point of Sales software industry. In the summertime Daniel will likely be somewhere near the lakes or mountains, either camping, hiking, or wakeboarding!
Brittany Gamble
Technical Support Specialist
Brittany's strong background with major SaaS companies informs her work with the Support Team, focusing on technical troubleshooting, customer onboarding, and assistng with quality assurance. She loves traveling, video and board games, and exploring areas around her home in the Pacific Northwest.
Terry Rigby
DevOps / IT Specialist
One of Vitrium’s first employees, Terry has been Vitrium’s DevOps / IT Specialist since 2008. In his spare time, Terry loves playing ultimate frisbee and generally hitting the outdoors in his beautiful hometown in the Okanagan region of BC, Canada.
Ho Yee Lo
Account Manager
As Vitrium’s Account Manager, Ho Yee is the point of contact who manages all our customers. She came from a real estate background, and her experience handling hundreds of tenants has proven very useful for us! In her spare time, Ho Yee enjoys playing video games, walking her little Yorkshire Terrier, and solving puzzles in escape rooms.

Claudia Ascione
Content Marketing Manager
Claudia graduated from Simon Fraser University in 2018. As Vitrium’s Content Marketing Manager, Claudia is in charge of developing a compelling and successful marketing strategy at Vitrium. She oversees all marketing activities, and is responsible for creating all of Vitrium's content: from blog articles, to case studies, to ebooks and white papers! Her favourite things to do include curling up with a good book and long distance running.
Radhika Ranparia
Senior PPC & SEM Specialist
With Masters Degrees in Digital Marketing and Digital Design, Radhika is about as passionate as they come when it comes to digital marketing and data analysis! She has the ability to see the big picture and articulate an effective digital marketing strategy. In her spare time, Radhika enjoys hanging with friends, walking along the beach, hiking and spending time in nature.
PollyAnna Versteeg
Accounting & HR Manager
PollyAnna joined Vitrium in 2021 as the company’s accounting and HR specialist. She graduated with a diploma in business accounting and is now working towards a bachelor’s degree in HR at Athabasca University. PollyAnna is Vitrium’s resident cat expert with 2 of her own and fostering newborn kittens. She is also a proud mom to her daughter.
